Welcome to HDT MINIS. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About Us

We are a small business selling:

  • Motocross bike parts
  • Branded t-shirts and apparel

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
  • The information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD.
Payment must be made in full before items are shipped.

4. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.

Please note: if a custom item is ordered with non-custom items, the full order will ship within the 2-week custom order timeframe.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customised Items

For customised or personalised items, please allow up to two (2) weeks for the customisation process to be completed. This timeframe includes production and receipt of the customised item before dispatch. Shipping will take place shortly after the customisation process is finalised.

Please note that customised or personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. We encourage customers to carefully review all customisation details before placing their order to ensure accuracy.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

6. Product Use

Motocross parts must be installed and used correctly. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation or misuse.

We recommend professional installation where appropriate.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or accidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
