Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Customised or Personalised Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
